Vehicle Check Dashboard

The vehicle dashboard is where fleet managers review walkaround checks, faults, drivers and expiry dates. You need an approved portal account before you can access it — see portal registration.

    Home dashboard

The home screen summarises fleet checks and faults for the last 14 days.

    • Today's activity — checks completed today, faults reported today, and a timeline of when checks were submitted
    • Summary tiles — registered vehicles, active drivers, checks completed in the last 14 days, and checks with faults
    • Check activity chart — daily check totals over 14 days, with faults shown separately
    • Recent faults, common fault types and vehicles with faults — quick views of what needs attention

Use Refresh to reload the data. Use the links on each tile or list to jump straight to the underlying records.

The menu on the left switches between the main dashboard views. Use ← Back to dashboard to return to the home screen.
