From form to first check

No lengthy onboarding project and no implementation phase. There is very little to set up, which is rather the point.

    A short message or call to check which vehicles you want covered and where to post the tags.

    One NFC tag per vehicle, ready to fit. Nothing for your drivers to install on their phones.

    Run it for 30 days and see what comes back through the dashboard.

Trial questions

Do I need to give card details?

No. There is nothing to pay during the trial and no card is taken, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide it is not for you.

Will I get a sales call?

Only if you want one. We will contact you to confirm the practical details of setting the trial up, and we will leave you to it after that.

How many vehicles can I put on the trial?

Most operators start with one or two so they can see how drivers get on before rolling it out. Tell us what you would prefer on the form and we will set it up that way.

What happens at the end of the trial?

If you want to continue, pricing is €4.99 per vehicle per month excluding VAT, with volume discounts for larger fleets. If not, you simply stop using it.

Do drivers need to install anything?

No. Drivers tap the NFC tag on the vehicle with their own phone and the check opens in their browser. There is nothing to download. They register once with an activation code and an SMS code, then tap the tag and log in to complete each check.
