Subscription fees:

  • Are billed per vehicle per month unless otherwise stated

  • Are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

  • May be updated with reasonable notice to customers

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Users must not:

  • Any damages arising from reliance on inspection data recorded within the system

Users remain responsible for maintaining safe vehicles and complying with all applicable vehicle safety regulations.

All content, software, branding, and materials associated with Check Go Systems remain the intellectual property of Check Go Systems unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Use the service in a fraudulent or unlawful manner

  • Interfere with the operation of the platform
